It's All Over. =(

Drama's over. I'm sure gonna miss it, especially the practices. 'Cos it's during the practices we get to mess around and joke around, unlike the real drama nights where everybody is serious and tension-ed(We bought Mentos there to eat though, to reduce tension=) ). It feels like as if I've lost a part of me. =( I really enjoyed it.. the laughing, the crapping, the messing-ups, the yumcha-ing, the drama teacher's scolding(well maybe not this one) during the drama practices.
I really did not regret joining it. This once in a lifetime experience made me a better person. I used to be an introvert last time, I did not want to be involved in any school activities and the sort. But after joining the drama, I became more friendly and sociable, compared to last time. I made some new awesome friends too, along the way. It was the practices that was worth it, not the real performances. This experience will be forever etched in my memories and will never be forgotten. Next time if there's any of these kinda stuff goin' on, you can bet that I'm gonna join it.

The happenings after Sunday's drama night:
We wanted to a 'Drug Addict' and 'Rempit' video, but the RELA people potong-ed our steam by telling us to go away and scolded us and video making failed. >=( After that the one whole big gang went to Kopitiam, but there was not enough space in KPT, so we went to Nasmir. It was one of the cast's birthday, there was a birthday cake and a birthday song. =) Plus, a video of 'Tour to Nasmir' was made, starring 4 crazy people, me included. xP

Drama, Concert and Movie

2 days ago, Friday - Parents' Night. Everything went smoothly, for the stage crew people. Unlike the previous week, where everything was disastrous. The cast(most of them,anyway) were nervous 'cos it was the first time the drama was staged to the public. I tried to encourage some of them, didn't know it worked or not. Was very tired after the show, so I went home instead of following my friends go yumcha.

Yesterday, Saturday - I felt so left out. A week before the concert, I asked my friends whether they were going to the Summer 8 Live Concert or not. They said no. So, I decided not to go, since I did not have any friends that were going. But yesterday, almost all the friends I asked had tickets and they said they were going to the concert. That sucked. Big time. The lesson I learnt here was never to trust my friends. Friggin' liars. =(

Today, Sunday - Went to catch a movie with Nick and Ralph. Been a long time since we watched any movies. We wanted to watch Rush Hour 3, but the tickets were sold out. I wanted to watch The Simpsons, but my buddies wanted to watch Flash Point. So we watched Flash Point. =D It was kinda cool, and I'll have to say that my money was not wasted. The fighting scenes were really good. It's good to be able to catch up with my buddies once in a while. Kinda releases the stress that has been trapped in me for some time.

Weird..

In the drama, when we were 'tension-ing' and paying every bit of our attention to what's happening, mistakes happen(Full dress rehearsal). During these two days of practices, we were chatting and not really paying much attention to what was happenin', yet we managed to reduce the mistakes done by 90%. Weird.. Conclusion: Talk and chat and not pay attention to what's happening during the real drama performances. XD

Full Dress Rehearsal

I sweated like crap during the full dress rehearsal today. Don't know why, 'cos the air-cond was on and still I was sweating. We had to bring our own torchlights 'cos it was done at night. Visibility was zero on the backstage if the lights were not on. The torchlights really came in handy. And.. we got to play with the smoke-maker machine today! =D The teacher said the smoke we made was not enough. She told us to increase the amount of smoke by five times(I think). It was already SLIGHTLY hard to see through the amount of smoke we made today. If that amount of smoke was multiplied by five times, I don't wanna know the results. One bad thing though, the smoke STINKED. Don't know why the smoke had an unpleasant smell. By the way, the stage crew did badly today. Maybe it was us, or maybe it was the darkness. =/ We were to used to working during the day. There was one part when we forgot to put one of the IMPORTANT set(it's a pillar) on the stage. During the last minute, when the lights were on, one of the stage crew dudes just pushed the pillar on stage. His hands were probably spotted. We did not get screwed though. Weird. =/ After the rehearsal, a big bunch of us went to a mamak stall to yumcha. Stupid milo ais.. I got a stomache after drinking it. Argh.. went home after that. Think I'm gonna hit the sack now..
